Repairs are done at our Burlingame workshop. For small, quick jobs, we can also come to you.

How to get your repair started.
The make and model, what the problem is, and when it started. Photos help. For electrical problems, also tell us: does it power on, does the display light up, does the motor spin with the wheel lifted, and does the charger light change when it's plugged in. The more detail you give, the faster you get an accurate answer.
You get a reply within 24 hours. If the problem is clear, such as a flat tire or a brake bleed, you get a quote. If the cause is unknown, a diagnostic is needed first to find the fault. Once you approve, we schedule a drop-off.
Have the e-bike or scooter somewhere easy and safe to work on, such as a driveway, garage, or parking spot, with its charger and any keys it uses. When you book, give the make, model, and problem so the right parts come with the visit. On-site visits are for smaller jobs such as flat tires, assembly, brake adjustments, and controller swaps.
