By accessing the EVE MODS digital platform or utilizing our professional mechanical services, you enter into a binding agreement with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. Please review these standards thoroughly before commissioning service.
EVE MODS provides specialized technical repair, performance customization, and diagnostic maintenance for electric micromobility platforms. Accessing our services constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
Service users must be 18 years of age or older, or possess verifiable legal guardian consent. Use of the platform confirms compliance with these age-restricted operational requirements.
EVE MODS reserves the absolute right to refuse service at our discretion. This typically applies to unsafe hardware modifications, unreasonable requests, or behavior that compromises shop safety protocols.
Our work encompasses electric bike/scooter repair, tuning, and electronic diagnostics. Service offerings and pricing structures are subject to modification based on part availability and technical complexity.
We offer a limited warranty on parts and shop workmanship for a specified period post-service. This excludes damage from misuse, racing, or outside tampering. EVE MODS is not liable for incidental damages arising from equipment use.
Clients must disclose all previous modifications or known faults. Proper operational maintenance is required post-service to ensure the longevity of the repair and to maintain warranty status.
All parts required for your repair must be paid in full upfront before sourcing begins. Parts ordered specifically for your vehicle are non-refundable once sourced. A 50% deposit is required before labor begins on all jobs exceeding $100. Full payment of remaining balance is required before vehicle release. EVE MODS reserves the right to require full prepayment at our discretion for any job.
A 7-day grace period is provided after job completion or upon notification that your vehicle is ready for pickup. After this period, a storage fee of $10 per day will be applied to your balance. Vehicles left unclaimed for 30 days following written notice may be considered abandoned and subject to a mechanic's lien under California law. EVE MODS reserves the right to recover outstanding balances through the sale or disassembly of abandoned vehicles.
EVE MODS performs a visual inspection of all vehicles upon intake and documents any pre-existing damage. EVE MODS is not liable for failures or damage that occur during service which are directly attributable to undisclosed or pre-existing conditions, structural damage, or previous modifications. Customers are encouraged to disclose all known issues before service begins.
